ZEN RESORT NIKKO brings together a café, dining and glamping by Lake Chuzenji. From guest service to facility care, our team helps make every visit enjoyable.

Front desk & restaurant service
Welcome guests, take orders, serve food, handle shop payments and answer calls.

Kitchen
Cooking, food preparation, plating and making drinks. Chefs and applicants with restaurant experience are welcome.
03
Glamping & facility care
Keep our accommodation and facilities clean and comfortable for guests.
04
Administration & creative work
Support our operations through accounting, promotional materials, design and video editing.
Work is shift-based. You may also be assigned duties at our sister locations, ZEN's Coffee Stand Newtype and ZEN's Winter Hut.

190,000–400,000 JPY / month
No experience required; probationary period applies
Chef
260,000–500,000 JPY / month
Experienced applicants preferred; probationary period applies
Salary is determined based on experience.

- 6- or 8-hour shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.

- Requirements
- No restaurant experience is required. A standard driving licence and reliable transport are required; please speak to us if this is difficult. Applicants available on weekends and public holidays, and those relocating to the area, are welcome.

HOUSING
Staff housing & housing allowance
Staff housing is available for JPY 15,000 per month, including utilities. A housing allowance of up to JPY 25,000 is available; it does not apply during the probationary period.

Meals & commuting
Meal support, a commuting allowance subject to company rules, and staff discounts are available.
CAREER
Pay reviews & training
Pay rises, twice-yearly bonuses and training are available. Additional seasonal bonuses depend on your contribution during the season.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Working environment
Social insurance is provided. Casual clothing is welcome, and uniforms are available. Beginners and those hoping to start their own business in the future are welcome.
